REFUND POLICY

At this moment in time we do not offer returns or exchanges so we ask that you please make sure that whatever you order is exactly what you intended to order and to double check all sizes, materials and designs before checking out.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-12 business days to process your order. This does not include federal and non-federal holidays.

PRODUCTION TIME

We try our best to keep most of our products in stock however there are a few products that may require production before they can be shipped to you. As a general rule please allow at least 2-5 weeks for stickers and 3-8 weeks for everything else. You'll receive updates on your order as soon as you checkout and will also receive an email letting you know if anything you've purchased will require a longer manufacturing time. Manufacturer delays also occasionallyhappen so please follow our Instagram (@PhantomGoodsMerch) for updates.

-  After checkout you will receive an email as soon as your order is confirmed. Another email will follow as soon as your shipping label has been created.

-  Items in stock usually ship within the first week after your initial purchase date. No specific delivery date is given to you by PhantomGoods, please make sure to keep track of your order if a tracking number has been provided with your purchase. Orders placed on Friday will not ship out until the following weekday.

-  International Shipments may take over a month for delivery, if not longer, due to the nature of international customs and imports.

 SHIPPING POLICY

Phantom Goods is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit due to the shipping company's handling. We are taking extra precautions to ensure your package is safely delivered to you, but there are no warranties for the safety of the item during transit.

-  A tracking number is supplied with every order through PhantomGoods.

-  International orders may require you to pay an additional tariff imposed by the country being shipped to. If this is the case, PhantomGoods is not responsible for paying the tariff. If the tariff cannot be paid or if the item cannot be received, no refunds or exchanges will be given.

-  If postage is required upon collection of your item, PhantomGoods is not responsible for covering the postage cost.

-  No insurance is offered for packages sent by PhantomGoods.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS

In the event that your order gets returned to us due to an error on the provided mailing address, PhantomGoods is not liable for the order not being delivered correctly. The customer may request to reship their order but must cover the new shipping cost. In the circumstances that the package does not return to us, PhantomGoods is not liable to replace your order.

STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED ORDERS

PhantomGoods does not cover replacements or refunds on orders that are either misdelivered or stolen. Please contact your local postal carrier in regards to your missing order. In the event that the package is not found you may file for a Missing Mail Search Request. PhantomGoods is not responsible for any delays in shipping or packages lost in transit due to the shipping company's error(s).
